With AAR, there is definitely service and support after the sale. Warranty varies by
contract/vendor equipment, but most vendors offer 1 year warranties on their
equipment, and AAR always passes those warranties on. From emergency
response (for both warranty and non-warranty work), to supplying parts, to
making programming and/or equipment changes as needed/wanted, AAR helps their
customers.
Starting in 2013, AAR will have
password-protected online resources for customers as well. This will
include online documentation, work requests, and account information.
